Definitely get one!

Me and my wife use it everyday. Easy to set up, chills to 3 degrees and it’s so convenient setting the timer on the app. Tub is sturdy. I’m impressed with the build and Proactive have been amazing with their service organising delivery and checking in after set up.

Vivid Ice Bath / Chiller Combo

Great customer service but very disappointing to find no instructions on how to set up once received ? You receive instructions to set up a $30 pedestal fan but received nothing to set up a 5k product. Happy with the product but to not receive instructions I think it’s poor form.

We have reached out to the manufacturer who mentioned they were opting for an environmentally friendly approach, but understand that this may not be user friendly. To address your feedback, they are planning to include printed manuals in future.
