Q: How long can I use each facial therapy, and how will I know when to move to a new area?

A: Each facial therapy can be used for up to 8 minutes, except percussive therapy. The device beeps 3 times when the time is up. It will beep once after 15 seconds (for non-percussive therapies) to indicate it's time to move to a new area of the face.

Q: How should I clean the TheraFace PRO and its attachments? 

A: Wipe the device and attachment rings with a damp cloth or alcohol-free cleansing wipe. Only the Cleansing Ring is fully waterproof and can be washed with water.

Q: Can I use any cleanser with the Cleansing Ring?

A: Yes, but avoid cleansers with microbeads or gritty exfoliants.
