A: The ice bath has a 3 stage filtration system that is constantly cleaning the water. The maintenance required includes cleaning out and replacing the filters.
A: There is a hose attachment that hand-screws into an outlet on the side of the ice bath, this can be connected to a garden hose and guided to a nearby drain.
A: Up to 6'2" will comfortably fit in the XL Ice Bath, if you are taller you may need to cross your legs slightly to fully submerge your body under water.
