How does the Turbo Mini achieve this?
Designed and made in Australia, the Turbo Mini provides rapid industrial grade cooling for smaller pools up to a maximum of 2000 litres. Water cycles out of the bath through the water outlet, through insulated pipes and into the chiller to be cooled before flowing back into the bath. This enables the bath to stay at temperatures of around 5C but can be adjusted using the remote touch screen.

How do I know which chiller unit to choose?

How long does it take to chill an ice bath?
Depending on the starting temperature of the water and the ambient environment, iCoolsport's chillers can ready an ice bath, in as little as one hour. Large team pools may take up to three, however.
What baths are compatible with this chiller?
Baths require a water inlet and outlet.
Can I install this unit on my own?
Installation must be completed by a certified plumber, builder or installer and they must follow the manufacturer’s guidelines and instructions. Improper installation or operation may result in equipment damage not covered by warranty.
Where should I place the chiller?
The best location for maximum performance is outside the building in an area with good fresh ventilation. The recommended maximum distance between the chiller and the bath is 30 metres. Please ensure your chiller is placed at a minimum distance of 300mm on all sides away from any obstacle, wall or structure to allow proper airflow. If placing the chiller unit indoors, the air flow in the room must be enough to carry away up to 10,000 watts of heat or equivalent to at least 4000 cubic feet per minute.
What are the airflow requirements?
The Turbo unit must be installed in an open, well-ventilated area with airflow equivalent to at least 4000 cubic feet per minute through the enclosed area. The room must be enough to carry away up to 15,000 watts of heat.
Would it be okay to use a product like AquaSpa Sanitiser (chlorine bromine free) together with a pH reducer and Alkalinity Enhancer?
Yes, you can use AquaSpa Sanitiser (chlorine bromine free) together with a pH reducer and Alkalinity Enhancer, as it will not damage the chiller in any way.
What are the minimum clearances around the chiller?
The unit must be installed with minimum clearance distances maintained on all sides to prevent performance degradation or potential irreversible damage. Additionally, adequate spacing should be provided to allow for future servicing and maintenance.
