GREAT TO WORK OUT IN
Probably the best wrist support I’ve used for tendinitis. I do CrossFit and Pilates/yoga so didn’t want one of the weightlifting ones that are very restrictive. I find I can still have the support and workout with a range of movement with this one. Recommend to spend that extra money for the best.
