I've torn my meniscus while training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu 6 months ago - I am now 3 months post meniscus tear repair surgery... I was and still am very nervous about returning to full-on training. Bauerfeind’s sizing system is unlike the rest, developed based on real measurements from more than 500,000 number of people around the world, to achieve anatomic fit. This is key to prevent slipping. This knee brace is available in 13 sizes.
Step 1
Measure the upper circumference of your leg 14 cm above centre of your knee with the knee bent 30 degrees.
Step 2
Measure the lower circumference of your leg 12 cm below centre of your knee with your knee bent at 30 degrees.
Step 3
Refer to the sizing chart to determine the best size based on the 2 measurements. If between sizes we generally recommend the smaller size as the GenuTrain should feel snug and firm but not constrictive.
Braces have a 1 year warranty and qualify for our 30 day returns policy. Items must be new, unworn and unwashed. You may try on the products at home to make sure the fit is right but can’t have worn it for activity, washed it etc. All tags and packaging must be in an undamaged, resalable state.
