Straps have a 1 year warranty and qualify for our 30 day returns policy. Items must be new, unworn and unwashed. You may try on the products at home to make sure the fit is right but can’t have worn it for activity, washed it etc. All tags and packaging must be in an undamaged, resalable state.

How is this different to the GenuTrain?

The GenuPoint is a simple support that focuses on the lower part of the patellar tendon, to relieve jumpers knee and runners knee. It doesn't provide compression or extended support to the joint as a whole like the GenuTrain.

Is this good for jumpers and runners knee?

The special massage pads and adjustable tension make it perfect for these conditions, especially when they're mild to moderate.

Will this slip down my leg?

Designed to sit at the top of the calf, as long as it's put on correctly and firmly adjusted, there shouldn't be any movement.
