BNPL Plan Activation Reminder: All approved Payright plans must be activated by 5pm on Monday, June 9, 2025. Any plans not activated by this deadline will be cancelled and require reassessment under the new regulations. Activation requires arranging delivery of goods or services within 8 weeks from June 9, 2025.
No Financing for Unsolicited Sales: From June 10, 2025, Payright will not finance any purchases initiated through unsolicited sales methods, including door-to-door sales, outbound cold calls, or pop-up kiosks. Any such sales will be considered non-compliant and subject to chargeback.
