Warm(!) personalised service & top quality products. Kathleen very knowledgeable, gracious with time & went above & beyond to help me choose best ice bath & chiller for our personal requirements. The 5th Element bath is the perfect size & 5th Element chiller cools to 3 less than deg easily & quickly. I find 4-5 deg "comfortable" after an evening workout. 5 deg 5-8 mins. Without even needing the chiller the next morning the bath is still 6-7 deg which is just right. The app is excellent, simple & reliable. Simply set temperature from anywhere, ready within 1/2-1 hr on cool day maybe at most 1-2 hrs if hot summer day. Everything just works well. V pleased.

Easy to use :)

Me and my wife use it everyday. Easy to set up, chills to 3 degrees and it’s so convenient setting the timer on the app. Tub is sturdy. I’m impressed with the build and Proactive have been amazing with their service organising delivery and checking in after set up.

Great customer service but very disappointing to find no instructions on how to set up once received ? You receive instructions to set up a $30 pedestal fan but received nothing to set up a 5k product. Happy with the product but to not receive instructions I think it’s poor form.

Great unit, cools a 500L tub well and not much noise at all. Matt has excellent knowledge and service! Delivered the unit on a Sunday the day after I bought it on a Saturday!
