A standard 10-amp power outlet is not sufficient, therefore a standard power plug is not included. You must use a qualified electrician to advise and perform the installation.
A: Yes, installation can be provided for an extra fee. Each delivery includes an easy-to-follow assembly manual to help you set everything up. For the final touch, we recommend having a certified electrician handle the electrical connections.
A: The sauna should be placed on a flat, hard surface to ensure stability and proper installation.
A: For personal use, we recommend wiping down the sauna surfaces every 2–3 weeks to remove sweat and residue, and cleaning the heater stones and glass monthly. For commercial use, wipe down surfaces weekly and clean the heater stones and glass every 1–2 weeks to maintain cleanliness and ensure a consistently great experience for clients.

If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days) we will process the charges and get to work preparing your order for shipment.
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will ship within three business days from the date of your order.
