It is important to note if your spa has jets/aeration, the impurities can rise to the surface resulting in a layer of light brown scum. You can either choose to turn off the jets, or you can use the AquaSpa pH Reducer with a soft cloth to remove the brown scum.
A: Yes, the AquaSpa Spa Sanitiser can be used on its own if you're looking for a simple solution for treating the water in your spa or ice bath. Simply add to the water based on the recommended dose. Then monitor the water's pH levels using water test strips to ensure PH levels are within the desired range of 7.4-7.6.
If the pH levels are outside of this range, you have two options:
1. Drain and refill the bath with fresh water
2. Extend the life of your water by using balancing products such as the AquaSpa Alkalinity Enhancer or AquaSpa pH Reducer to adjust pH and Alkalinity levels.
This can also help extend the life of your equipment, ensuring that the water does not cause corrosion or scaling.

Please use 60ml per 1000 litres once a week. So that's 6ml if your bath has 100 litres of water in it.
